Milled and turned metal parts, from one piece to a few hundred, held to the tolerance printed on your drawing.

General notes

  1. All dimensions in millimetres.
  2. Every figure on these sheets is illustrative.
  3. Break sharp edges 0.2 max unless the print says otherwise.
  4. Material, finish and tolerance per part sheet.

Reading a tolerance frame

  1. Symbol: what is controlled. Here a diameter.
  2. Zone: how far it may wander, in mm.
  3. Datum: the face or axis it is measured from.

On the drawing, each numbered square is one such frame. Tap or focus it to read its record.

How a job runs

  1. Send the drawing

A PDF, DXF or STEP file and the quantity you need.

  2. We read it

An engineer checks material, tolerances and anything unusual, and writes back with questions if needed.

  3. You get a price

A fixed price and a lead time, with the assumptions written down. In this concept the price is only an example.

  4. Parts and report

Parts ship with a dimensional report for the features you mark critical.

Checked against your print

Every part is measured against the drawing, and critical features get a report. This site makes no certification claims.
