Weirside
Weirside kept its working yards. Dyers, millers and boat-builders once filled them; now the yards hold tables, bicycles and a lot of washing.
Concept project by Artlogic. Cortelle, the city of Orvane and every home on this site are fictional.
Morning
The weir path is for runners until eight. Coffee from the hatch at Sluice Coffee.
Light
Open water to the south gives these yards long, low light.
Good to know
A few lower floors sit near the flood line; the descriptions say which, and how they are protected.
