A fictional agency with one idea: before you fall for rooms, you should know the street.

Streets and light first
Each listing begins with the street: where the sun lands in the courtyard at four in the afternoon, which lane is quiet after nine, where the bread is. Square metres come second.
Few homes, on purpose
The desk shows twelve homes at a time. When a home is let go, it leaves the map the same day. In this concept nothing is actually for sale.
Plain about the work
Old houses have steps, thick walls and small bathrooms. We write that down. If a home needs a new roof, the description says so before the price does.
