One path from inbox to bank.
Five jobs, in the order an invoice meets them. Each one is shown here as it looks in the product.
Invoices arrive by themselves
Give suppliers one address, or drop a file in. Billane reads the supplier, number, dates and lines, and files the original next to them. The person who used to retype it gets the morning back.
- Forwarded email and uploaded PDF or image
- Duplicate numbers from the same supplier are flagged
- The original document stays one click away

Matching you can see
Each line is set against the purchase order and the goods receipt. What agrees is ticked. What does not is marked and named, so the question to the supplier writes itself.
- Quantity, unit price and total per line
- Tolerances you choose, such as 2% or €5
- A mismatch holds the invoice and says why

Approval rules you can read aloud
Who signs what is a short list, written in the order a person would say it. Try an amount to see the chain it creates.
- Rules by amount, cost centre and supplier
- Deputies when someone is away
- Send back with a reason, never a silent reject

- 2.Finance managerFrom €500 a second pair of eyes.

A trail that writes itself
Every status change records who, when and what they saw. When the auditor asks why €6,840 went out on 10 November, the answer is one search.

- Comments stay with the invoice
