Finishes for this piece

  • Natural oak, oiled

Pale, honey at the edges, with the grain left open. A thin hard-wax oil that you can touch up yourself.

included. Made to order, 5 to 7 weeks (example).

  • Ash, white oil

Light and cool, with a bold cathedral grain. A white-pigmented oil keeps it pale instead of letting it yellow.

-60 EUR. Made to order, 5 to 7 weeks (example).

  • Walnut, hard-wax oil

Chocolate brown with grey-violet streaks. The grain varies more from board to board than any other wood we use.

+320 EUR. Made to order, 6 to 8 weeks (example).

How it is made

We cut both tables from one board so the grain matches when they sit together.

Looking after it

Wipe with a damp cloth. Coasters, please; they are small tables and a cup is a big thing.

  • Brae shelving

Bookshelf. Open shelving that carries a full row of books without bowing.

  • Vesper sideboard

Sideboard. Three doors, two adjustable shelves and a drawer deep enough for a table runner.

  • Marrow coffee table

Coffee table. A thick, low round table with no corners to walk into.
