Finishes for this piece

  • Natural oak, oiled

Pale, honey at the edges, with the grain left open. A thin hard-wax oil that you can touch up yourself.

included. Made to order, 11 to 14 weeks (example).

  • Smoked oak

Oak fumed until it turns deep brown through the board, not just at the surface. Sanding a scratch does not reveal pale wood.

+140 EUR. Made to order, 12 to 15 weeks (example).

  • Walnut, hard-wax oil

Chocolate brown with grey-violet streaks. The grain varies more from board to board than any other wood we use.

+320 EUR. Made to order, 12 to 15 weeks (example).

How it is made

The fluting takes a day for the three doors. We cut it after the doors are glued up so the lines run unbroken across the joints.

Looking after it

Dust the flutes with a soft brush. Oil yearly.

See it in a room

The living room tags this piece. The photograph is a generated image, not a Lemnor piece.

Open the living room
  • Brae shelving

Bookshelf. Open shelving that carries a full row of books without bowing.

  • Twin side tables

Nesting side tables. Two tables that sit one under the other when the room needs space.

  • Marrow coffee table

Coffee table. A thick, low round table with no corners to walk into.
