- Site design, Front-end build, Motion rules
This project, its client and its outcome are invented for a concept by Artlogic.
The brief
An app for writing one line about the weather each day needed a site that felt handwritten without looking childish.
The idea
Weather as letterforms: the heading on each section is set at a width that matches the day it describes, narrow for fog, wide for a clear sky.
The making
One component, one axis, seven moods. We built the type to respond to scroll speed, then wrote a calm version that holds each heading at its mood and nothing else.
What it is
A static site design with a quiet mode switched on by default for reduced motion. An invented app; no downloads or users are claimed.
Plates

Reel: not part of this preview.
Process reel
A short reel of the plates being made (fictional; no real client footage).
