What we collect
When you send a brief, we store what you type into the form:
- your name and email address;
- your company, if you give it;
- what you need and your budget range, if you give it;
- your message;
- that you agreed to this processing.
We also store the page the form was sent from (for example, /contact) and the site language.
To limit abuse, the server briefly counts requests by network address. That count is held in memory and is not stored with your brief.
Why
To read your brief and reply to you. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it is kept
Briefs are stored in the content management database of this website. They are read by people at Artlogic.
How long
Until we no longer need them to answer you or to work with you. We delete a brief on request.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets one cookie of its own, which remembers your cookie choice. It does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and would load them only after you agree. Staff who sign in to the admin area also get a sign-in cookie. Details, and how to change your choice, are on the cookies page.
