Good UX is invisible — users just feel it. Bad UX costs you conversions, support tickets, and customers. We approach interface design from the user's perspective first, business goals second, and aesthetic last. That order matters.
Our UX Process
We start with discovery: stakeholder interviews, user research, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluation of your existing product. From there we move into information architecture — defining the structure, navigation, and content hierarchy before a single pixel is designed.
Wireframes come next. Low-fidelity, fast to iterate, focused entirely on function. We test wireframes with real users when the project allows it. The insights from this stage are worth more than any amount of visual polish applied to a fundamentally flawed structure.
UI Design
Once the structure is validated, we move to high-fidelity UI. We design in components — a systematic approach that keeps the interface consistent, makes development faster, and makes future updates easier. Every component is documented in a design system that travels with the project.
We work in Figma and deliver production-ready assets: component library, spacing tokens, typography scale, color system, and annotated specs that leave no ambiguity for developers.
