Backups

Daily automated backups of both the database and files, retained for 30 days, stored off-site. In the unlikely event of data loss or a compromised site, we can restore to a clean point in under an hour.

Content Updates

Need to update a team page, swap a banner image, or add a new case study? Most minor content requests are handled within one business day on all retainer plans.

Ongoing Development

Our mid-tier and premium plans include a bank of development hours each month. Use them for new features, landing pages, form additions, third-party integrations — whatever moves your business forward.

  • High (major functionality broken): 4-hour response on business days
  • Normal (minor bugs, update requests): 1 business day
