Finishes for this piece

  • Ash, white oil

Light and cool, with a bold cathedral grain. A white-pigmented oil keeps it pale instead of letting it yellow.

included. Made to order, 5 to 7 weeks (example).

  • Natural oak, oiled

Pale, honey at the edges, with the grain left open. A thin hard-wax oil that you can touch up yourself.

+60 EUR. Made to order, 5 to 7 weeks (example).

  • Birch, soap finish

Fine, even and almost white. A soap finish leaves a matt, unvarnished feel that suits bedrooms and children's rooms.

-30 EUR. Made to order, 5 to 7 weeks (example).

How it is made

The seat is hollowed 12 mm by hand so you sit in it instead of on it.

Looking after it

Damp cloth. A stool that is dragged across a stone floor needs its feet checked once a year.

  • Tolle desk

Desk. A desk at the height you tell us, with a drawer that stops where it should.

  • Aske chair

Dining chair. A chair that is light enough to carry with one hand and strong enough to be stood on once, by accident.

  • Tarn dining table

Dining table. A table you can seat six at, and eight if you do not mind elbows.
