A business operating system, in closed beta
ARTLOGIC CONTROL is a developing platform for businesses exploring a more connected way to manage work, information, and processes. It is in closed beta: you join by application. It is not a generally released service.
What it is
ARTLOGIC CONTROL is where the working parts of a company live together: the records, the people with their roles, and the routines that now sit in spreadsheets and chats. Each company gets its own workspace, with its own database, file storage and settings.
It is a closed beta and not a generally released service. What works today and what is only planned are listed separately below.
Working today, and on the roadmap
Working today
- A separate workspace for each company, with its own database, file storage, and settings
- Sign-in and sign-out, password change, and pages protected by role
- Brand settings for colors, fonts, and corner radius
- Uploads for a logo, documents, contracts, and engagement letters
- Application review by a person; an email is sent when an application is approved
- An estimating module built for construction businesses
On the roadmap
- A company overview screen.
- Pages for each kind of record in your company.
- Your own domain for the workspace.
- Single sign-on from the studio site.
- Automated workspace setup. Today we do it by hand.
- Sales modules (estimates, invoices, payments) and AI assistants: built in part, still being checked.
- Notifications by email and Telegram: not set up yet.
- Self-service backups and data export.
- Interface languages: English, Romanian, and Russian are a goal, not confirmed.
The roadmap is a plan, not a promise of dates. We will not describe an item as working until it is.
