Patient information
How a visit works, what to bring and what to expect. General information about visiting the clinic only. It is not medical advice.
Preparing for a visit
- 1
Before the day
You will get a confirmation with the doctor, time and room. Read it once, and note anything you want to ask. If you need an interpreter, step-free access or a longer visit, tell us when you request the appointment.
- 2
On the day
Arrive ten minutes early. Reception will welcome you, check your details and show you where to wait. If you are running late, call us and we will tell you what is possible.
- 3
In the room
Your doctor will listen first and explain as they go. You can ask for anything to be repeated, ask for a pause, or bring someone with you.
- 4
Afterwards
You leave with your next steps in writing. If you think of a question later, you can send it by email or phone and we will reply during opening hours.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a referral to book?
- No. You can request an appointment with any specialty directly. Some insurers ask for a referral, so it is worth checking your policy.
- Can I bring someone with me?
- Yes. Friends and relatives are welcome in the consultation room if you would like them there. Tell us in advance if they need a chair, an interpreter or step-free access.
- How long is a visit?
- Each service shows its length. A first consultation is usually 30 to 45 minutes. We plan the time so you are not rushed.
- What if I need to cancel or move my visit?
- Call or email us at least one working day before and we will find another time. There is no charge for moving a visit in time.
- Is this site for emergencies?
- No. Salvora is not an emergency service. If you think someone needs urgent help, call your local emergency number straight away.
- Can you give me advice about my symptoms here?
- No. This website gives general information about visiting the clinic only. It does not give medical advice. Your doctor will talk with you about your own situation at your appointment.
- What does a visit cost?
- Every service page shows an example price in euros. Final prices are confirmed when you book. All prices on this concept site are invented.
- Is the clinic accessible?
- The clinic is described as fully step-free, with wide doors, a quiet waiting area and seating with arms. Tell us about anything else you need and we will prepare it.
