The Artlogic Rating Methodology
Every software review on Artlogic is scored against the same 10 weighted criteria, published here so the score is auditable — never a black box.
The 10 criteria
- AI Features
- Depth and quality of AI-driven capabilities.
- Ease of Use
- How quickly a non-technical team can adopt it.
- Automation Depth
- How much of a real workflow it can run unattended.
- Integrations
- Breadth and reliability of third-party connections.
- Documentation
- Quality and completeness of public docs.
- API Quality
- Design, stability, and rate limits of the public API.
- Scalability
- How it holds up as usage and team size grow.
- Pricing Value
- What you get relative to what you pay.
- Support
- Responsiveness and quality of vendor support.
- Overall Value
- A holistic judgment beyond the sum of the parts.
How the overall score is calculated
Each criterion is scored 1–10 by our editorial team. The Artlogic Score shown on every review is a weighted average of these 10 numbers — reviewed and entered by hand, not auto-computed, so it can account for context a formula alone would miss.
Badges
A fixed, finite set of badges (Artlogic Verified, Best Overall, Best AI, Best Value, Best Enterprise, Best SMB, Automation Ready, API Friendly, Fast Deployment, Highest ROI, Editor's Choice) are awarded sparingly — a page where everything is "Editor's Choice" is worthless. Each badge reflects a specific, defensible strength, not a participation trophy.
